Meet your Councillors

The Parish Council is the first tier of Local Government, and the level closest to the community, with North Somerset Council as the district authority for Flax Bourton Parish Council.

Flax Bourton Parish Council currently has five Councillors and two vacancies. The Councillors volunteer their time to represent the community.

The Council normally meets on the second Monday of each month in the Hall at Flax Bourton Primary School. The meeting starts at 7.30pm and the first 15 minutes are set aside for a Public Forum Session where members of the public are welcome to raise any concerns or ask questions.
