Meeting Agendas & Minutes

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic Parish Council Meetings will be held remotely via Zoom until further notice. Link details can be found at the top of the Agenda. (Please Note – You will need to be visible during the meeting via video if practicable)

Parish Council Meetings take place on the second Monday of each month.

Meetings are usually held in Flax Bourton Village Hall, starting at 7.30pm with a 15 minute Public Forum Session.

Residents may raise issues affecting the Parish during the Public Forum Session. Members of the public are welcome to remain for the duration of the meeting to observe only, unless asked to leave for matters of confidentiality.
